The main advantage of this method is that they are salted in just half a day! And not only this. It is necessary

  • - small round tomatoes - 7 pcs.;
  • - small cucumbers - 4 pcs.;
  • - dill - 0.5 bunch;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - salt - 1 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the tomatoes under running water. Take a wide, deep dish. Place the tomatoes in it so that they all lie on the bottom in one row. Boil water. Pour boiling water into the bowl so that the tomatoes are completely covered.

Step 2

Peel the cucumbers. Cut them lengthwise. There should be 8 parts in total. Place the cucumbers in a separate small bowl with a lid or saucepan.

Step 3

Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Garlic can also be passed through a press. Chop the dill and mix with the chopped garlic. Spread half of this mixture evenly over the cucumbers. Sprinkle 0.5 tablespoons of salt on top.

Step 4

When the tomatoes are cool, peel them off. After boiling water, it should come off with ease. Place the peeled tomatoes on top of the cucumbers and sprinkle with the remaining dill and garlic. Salt the tomatoes evenly with 0.5 tablespoons of salt. Place the lid on the pot with cucumbers and tomatoes and refrigerate.

If you salt tomatoes with cucumbers in the morning, they will be ready for dinner! If you salt it in the evening, then during the night they will be salted even better, and you will get a richer taste and a very tasty brine.
