It is necessary
- - 175 g dry spaghetti;
- - 250 g broccoli;
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- - 1 jar of anchovies in oil;
- - small chili pepper;
- - 50 g bread crumbs;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 2 tbsp. water in which the spaghetti was boiled.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti for a couple of minutes less than indicated on the package. Leave 2 tablespoons in which the pasta was cooked.
Step 2
Boil broccoli in salted water until tender. While the cabbage is boiling, finely chop the chili pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon in a frying pan. olive oil and put chili in it and add anchovy fillets, keep on fire for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add crackers and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
We spread broccoli and spaghetti to breadcrumbs, pour 2 tablespoons into a frying pan. water with spaghetti, 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Warm up for 2-3 minutes and serve.
