Modern people know how to value their time and want to spend it with benefit. A faithful helper - a microwave oven - helps to save energy and increase free time. It is very simple, and most importantly, you can quickly cook any dishes, even soups.
It is necessary
- - 4 tbsp. water;
- - 150g canned beans, 1 onion;
- - 80g smoked sausage;
- - 80g smoked bacon; 2 potato tubers;
- - 3 tomatoes; 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
- - ground red pepper;
- - salt, dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the smoked bacon and sausage into cubes or strips. Put bacon in a pan (deep) made of fireproof glass, pour in vegetable oil and put in a microwave oven. Leave for 1 minute at maximum oven power.
Step 2
Peel and dice the onions, tomatoes and potatoes. Pour them into the same container and simmer together with lard for 3 minutes on the same mode.
Step 3
Pour water into a saucepan, add beans and sausage, salt and pepper. Cook covered for 5 minutes: 2 minutes on full power, and 3 minutes on medium.
Sprinkle chopped herbs over the soup before serving.
