Using a microwave oven, you can cook not only second courses or reheat them, but also soups traditional for Russian cuisine. However, when preparing them, several important rules must be observed:
- the volume of the pan should be significantly greater than the volume of the liquid.
- the lid of the cookware must have a hole for steam out
- all products for the soup must be cut into equal pieces.
It is necessary
- - 4 glasses of water;
- - 200g lamb;
- -1 tbsp rice;
- - 2 pcs. dried prunes;
- - 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. tomato paste;
- - 1 tbsp. butter;
- - some greens of cilantro and parsley, ground red pepper, hops - suneli, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic, cilantro and parsley.
Put the listed ingredients in a container made of fireproof glass, add tomato paste, butter and hops - suneli. Put on for 1 min. into the microwave oven at full power.
Step 2
Cut the meat into smaller pieces, put in a saucepan, pour 1 tbsp. water, salt and put on for 5 minutes. into the oven at maximum power.
Rinse the rice well, scald the prunes with boiling water.
Step 3
Then put the heated mixture of onions, herbs and tomato paste into a saucepan with boiled meat.
Top up the remaining water, dip the rice and prunes in it and put in the microwave. Cook at full power for 4 minutes.
