Seafood is very popular, so they increasingly began to cook shrimp pasta, which has become the favorite delicacy of many pasta lovers. Spicy and refined taste makes the dish tasty and appetizing.

- - 250 g spaghetti
- - 250 g shrimp
- - 0.5 cans of green peas
- - 50 g parmesan cheese
- - a few tablespoons of olive oil
- - 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 1 pinch of nutmeg
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and salt while the water is boiling, dip the spaghetti into it, and then reduce the heat a little. Cook the pasta for as long as indicated on the package.
Step 2
Peel and rinse the shrimp. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it well, add chopped garlic, and then shrimp. Fry the shrimp for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add green peas, spices, salt and pepper to the pan. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Throw the spaghetti in a colander, rinse a little with water so that they do not stick together. Put the pasta on a dish, season with olive oil, stir. Put the shrimp on top, pour over the sauce obtained by frying seafood.
Step 4
Grate the cheese, sprinkle on top of the finished pasta, serve. The dish can be garnished with fresh herbs.
