The pate prepared according to this recipe is suitable for people who do not eat meat or are on a diet. Pea pate is similar to guacomole sauce and can be varied by using different products.

- - green peas - 200 g;

- - mint - a handful of leaves;

Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a small saucepan, bring it to a boil, salt. Dip green peas in boiling water, boil. On average, 3-4 minutes of boiling is enough to cook peas. Throw in a colander, let the liquid drain.
Step 2
Wash the avocado, cut. After removing the bone, carefully cut off the peel. Divide the clean pulp into pieces and place in a blender container.
Step 3
Add lightly chilled peas and clean mint leaves. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon and pour over the peas. Grind the food until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste, stir.
Step 4
Offer the avocado and mint green pea pate, along with croutons or crackers.
