Having learned about the beneficial properties of peas, we made dishes from this product permanent on our table. It is not for nothing that peas are included in many types of traditional Russian cuisine. This product is well absorbed by the body. - - split peas 300 grams
- - bacon 100 grams
- - onion 1 pc.

- -salt

Step 1
Take split yellow peas and rinse thoroughly with water. Then pour the prepared peas with water and leave for twelve hours. After that, cook it until tender and put it in a colander so that the excess water is glass. Grind the peas with a blender until puree.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, carrot, garlic and bacon. Melt bacon in a frying pan over low heat. When the fat is melted, remove the remaining bacon and fry finely chopped onions, garlic and carrots in fat. Thoroughly mix the peas with onions and carrots, garlic until monotonous, add salt, black pepper to taste, herbs.
Step 3
We recommend using the pate with peas and bacon warm. Replacing bacon with olive oil makes a great dish for lean cuisine. It can be consumed during fasting.
