It is necessary

    • pork sausages;
    • carrot;
    • onion;
    • fresh spinach;
    • olive oil;
    • bouillon;
    • tomato paste;
    • Red wine;
    • butter;
    • flour;
    • milk;
    • Cheddar cheese;
    • rigantoni paste / foam;
    • nutmeg.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare such a casserole, you should attend to the purchase of all the ingredients necessary for the recipe. Buy about half a kilogram of high-quality pork sausages (400 grams for a casserole), vegetables - onions, carrots, fresh spinach. Also find olive oil, broth, tomato paste, and red wine in the store or at home. Prepare some flour and butter - all 50 grams each, half a liter of milk, Cheddar cheese, a packet of rigatoni paste or foam and a pinch of grated nutmeg.

Step 2

Peel the purchased pork sausages, cut them first lengthwise, and then chop them into cubes. On the same board, finely chop the onion and fry in a pan until golden brown. Peel the carrots, grate on a medium grater and add to the onions. Top with chopped sausages, pour all this with 150 grams of wine, 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and broth. Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens. As a rule, this takes about 15 minutes, then turn off the pan and remove from the stove.

Step 3

Boil any of the selected pastes and discard in a colander. Do not pour out the water remaining from cooking, but put green spinach (200 grams) there for about 40 seconds. Remove it with a slotted spoon and dry it. Then start preparing the white sauce. To do this, melt the butter, add the sifted flour, milk and nutmeg to it. Put all this on the stove on the fire and simmer for about two minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, put half of the pasta on the bottom of the baking dish, and the sauce with pork sausages on top. Cover with the other half of the pasta, pour over the cooked white sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the dish for about 25 minutes.
