A recipe for those who love to create their own culinary masterpieces in the oven. If you love spinach, you can use this recipe to make a fish and spinach casserole. Any fish contains a lot of useful substances, and in combination with spinach, this will give a unique taste of the dish.
It is necessary
- - 800 g frozen fish fillets;
- - salt;
- - pepper;
- - lemon juice;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 4 tablespoons of butter;
- - 600 g frozen leafy spinach;
- - freshly ground nutmeg;
- - 100 g cream;
- - 100 g sour cream;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 80 g of hard grated cheese;
- - 2 pinches of clove pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost fish slightly. Season with salt, pepper and pour 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and cut into large wedges.
Step 3
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Fry the garlic in this oil.
Step 4
Add spinach and 3 tablespoons of water to a saucepan. Close the lid and leave to thaw over low heat. Season with nutmeg, salt, pepper, and whatever lemon juice you have left.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. While the oven is warming up, prepare the sauce, which we will pour on top of our casserole. Combine sour cream, eggs, cheese and cream. Add salt and pepper and season with clove.
Step 6
Lubricate the dish in which you will bake the dish with 1 tablespoon of butter. Lay out the layers: first half the spinach, then half the fish fillet. Repeat them, i.e. put a layer of spinach on the fish again, and the topmost layer will go to the fish fillet.
Step 7
Pour the result with sour cream sauce, and on top put the pieces of butter you have left.
Step 8
The baking time of the dish is 30 minutes. The main sign that the casserole is ready will be a golden brown crust on top.
