  • - a tablespoon of butter;
  • - spices for fish (cumin, cloves, a mixture of different types of pepper, bay leaves, rosemary, lemon balm, basil);
  • - salt;
  • - pepper

Instructions

Step 1

To make the dumpling dressing, let the butter sit at room temperature for a while. Rub the lemon zest.

Step 2

Add the juice of half a lemon to the softened butter. Then add the chopped greens.

Stir with a blender until smooth. Then add lemon zest to the oil mixture, mix thoroughly.

Transfer the prepared lemon oil to an airtight container and place in the freezer.

Make a dough. Grind the spinach with a blender until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into a measuring cup, add an egg, add water to 360 ml.

Mix everything well. Sift the flour and salt, pour the spinach and egg mass into it, stirring the flour.

Knead the dough, covered with cling film and let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare minced fish. Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder. Peel the onion by cutting it in half, add half to the minced meat.
