- Pollock - 2 pcs.
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Tomato - 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1
Defrost pollock not completely and cut off all fins. Cut the flesh carefully along the fin. Having got rid of the ridge, you need to clean it from the film and entrails. Rinse the pulp and cut into strips of 2-4 cm.

Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices.
Step 3
Cut the onion into half rings and fry a little. But raw onions will not spoil the dishes either, so you can add it without frying. The fish casserole will be slightly juicier.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices; you do not need to remove the middle.
Step 5
Pre-freeze processed cheese in the freezer and grate on a coarse grater. Instead of processed cheese, you can use hard cheese.
Step 6
In a deep container, oiled, you need to lay the layers:
- a piece of sliced potatoes;
- pollock;
- onion;
- the remaining potatoes;
- tomatoes;
- cheese;
- Grease the top layer with mayonnaise.
Pepper and salt the layers of potatoes and fish.
Step 7
You do not need to cover the fish and potato casserole with foil. It should be well browned. When opened, the container should be placed in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. After the dish is ready, it must be left in the oven for half an hour in order for it to come up, soak and set.
