- - green peas - 70 g;
- - sea fish (fillet) - 500 g;
- - butter - 60 g;
- - bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
- - salt, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash fillets of any sea fish well, and then cut into small pieces and transfer to a saucepan. Pour the contents of the pan with milk, add bay leaves and finely chopped onions there. Boil fish and onions for 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and boil until tender. Make mashed potatoes with milk and butter.

Now let's start making the sauce: to do this, melt the butter in a pan, add flour, keep it on fire for 1 minute, then pour in the milk in which the fish and onions were cooked, stir and cook until the sauce becomes thick.

In a greased baking dish, place fish, spinach, green peas, onions, boiled chicken eggs, cut into quarters, and top it all with the prepared sauce. Cover this filling with a layer of mashed potatoes and send to the oven preheated at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
