The casserole will work great with completely different fish - you can use both red and white varieties. This casserole will be eaten with pleasure by children and adults. It is easy enough to prepare.
It is necessary
- - 250 g fillet of any fish;
- - 500 g of potatoes;
- - 1 tbsp. milk;
- - 7 large eggs;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 bunch of dill;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Chop the onion finely and the potatoes into small cubes. Fry the potato cubes in a hot skillet with oil. Add the onion to the potatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes. There is no need to bring the potatoes to readiness - they will be completely cooked in the oven. After the vegetables are golden brown, add salt and remove from the stove.
Step 2
Put the oven to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees. Chop the pre-washed dill with a knife. Cut the skinless and boneless fish fillets into small pieces.
Step 3
Before cutting the fish, be sure to drain all the water if you took the originally frozen fillet. Grease a casserole dish with oil.
Step 4
Gently mix all the prepared ingredients and place in the mold. Whisk milk and eggs, add salt and your favorite spices. Pour the beaten eggs over all the ingredients in the pan and sprinkle the dill on top. Cook the casserole in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
