Fish is a very tasty and healthy product. In addition to complete protein, it contains many other useful trace elements, the main of which is iodine. There are many ways to prepare fish dishes. But still the most useful is baked fish.
It is necessary
- - frozen sea fish - 1 kg;
- - fresh or dried mushrooms - 300 g (or 10 dry);
- - onions - 2 pcs.;
- - flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - potatoes - 1 kg;
- - butter - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - bay leaves - 2 pcs.;
- - black peppercorns - 10 pcs.;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - hot water - 2-3 glasses.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare frozen fish: remove fins, scales and if possible bones. Cut into pieces, salt, roll in breadcrumbs or flour, fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce separately: boiled dry or fresh mushrooms, finely chopped, and chopped onions, fry over high heat for five minutes. Sprinkle with flour and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add salt, bay leaf and peppercorns, pour 2-3 cups of boiling water and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.
Step 3
Meanwhile, boil the jacket potatoes. Peel, cut into slices. Place the potato slices in a wide skillet or in a fireproof dish, place the fried fish in the middle, top with the sauce, drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the form on and bake the dish until golden brown.
