- For the sauce you will need:

- - 250 milligrams of milk;
- - One tablespoon of flour;
- - Half a teaspoon of salt.

Step 1
Cooking Bechamel sauce. To do this, melt the butter over low heat, add flour there, pour in the milk in a thin stream, stirring thoroughly. Add salt, bring to a boil and simmer for one minute to thicken the sauce. It is not necessary to cook for a long time, since an unpleasant flour taste will appear.

We cut the fish into small portions, salt, squeeze lemon juice on it, bread in flour and quickly fry in vegetable oil.
