Instructions

Step 1

We clean the fish, cut into portions. If you have a small fish, just peel it. Salt the fish and rub with fish spices. Leave it on for 5 minutes.

Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, finely grate the carrots. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the onions and carrots on it until golden brown. Then add tomato paste, a glass of water and flour. Cook the sauce for 5-7 minutes. It should turn out to be a little thick.
