  • - 50 milliliters of sunflower or olive oil;

  • - nutmeg, black pepper, salt to taste.

Step 1

Selected mushrooms must be thoroughly cleaned, washed, filled with cold water and cooked for about 30-40 minutes. When the product is ready, the liquid must be drained, and the mushrooms must be cut into small pieces.

Now you should fry them in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion, mix with chopped mushrooms, and then pepper, salt and leave the mixture on fire until the onion softens.

Then pour the flour into the pan and stir the onions with vegetables until the flour turns golden brown.

In a separate container, mix the cream, pepper, nutmeg, and then pour the liquid over the mushrooms and cook for about 10-12 minutes, until the mixture thickens. You can puree the sauce thoroughly if desired. Or leave small whole pieces of mushrooms in it.

Delicious aromatic sauce is ready. It can be served with a wide variety of dishes. It goes especially well with potatoes prepared in all sorts of ways. For example, with potato pancakes, dumplings, zrazy or even regular mashed potatoes or crispy fries.
