  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 3 medium tomatoes,
  • 2 onions,
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 cups low-fat milk

  • 35 grams of soft butter,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 200 grams of any hard cheese,
  • some salt
  • some ground black pepper,
  • basil.

Instructions

Step 1

We peel the potatoes, rinse, dry with a towel or napkins and cut into thin slices.

Remove the peel from the zucchini, rinse and dry. Cut into 0.5 cm thick circles.

Peel the onion and cut into rings of medium thickness (you can cut thin, if desired)

Wash two bell peppers (red and yellow), remove the seeds, cut into rings.

Wash the tomatoes, wipe them with napkins and cut into slices of medium thickness.

For baking, use a baking sheet, but you can also use a large baking dish.

Lubricate a baking sheet or mold with butter. We lay out the pre-prepared vegetables in random order. Can be layered.

Step 3

Cooking the sauce.

Pour flour into a dry frying pan. Fry over low heat until a nutty shade is formed.

Add butter to the flour in the pan, mix and pour in 20-25 grams of milk. Stir well and gradually add the remaining milk.

Cook the sauce until thick. Salt a little, season with ground pepper and spices to taste. Remove the prepared sauce from the heat and set aside to cool.

Beat two eggs. Pour the egg mixture into the sauce, mix thoroughly. The sauce should be smooth.

Fill the vegetables with the resulting sauce.

The oven is heated to 180-190 degrees.

We bake vegetables for half an hour.

We take the vegetables out of the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can take more cheese. Put the vegetable casserole in the oven for another ten minutes.

The casserole is ready, serve hot with homemade sour cream.
