Vegetables are the ideal dietary supplement. They can be eaten fresh or baked in the oven with a little cheese and spices. Vegetable dishes are always tasty and bright.
It is necessary
- - 15 ml of olive oil;
- - medium onion;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - medium zucchini;
- - a small yellow pumpkin (it is advisable to use a pumpkin similar in shape to a squash).
- - 1 potato;
- - 1 tomato;
- - a teaspoon of dried thyme;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 90-100 g of grated cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Chop the onion, squeeze the garlic and fry in olive oil to soften. Grease the glass form with oil, put onion and garlic on the bottom.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut all the vegetables into very thin rings (with a knife or using a special grater).
Step 3
We put the vegetables in a baking sheet vertically, alternating so that the finished dish turns out to be multi-colored and very beautiful. Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with thyme and cover with foil. We send to the oven for 30 minutes. We take out the form, remove the foil, sprinkle the vegetables with cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes, so that an appetizing golden crust appears.
