Lamb and spinach casserole is very simple to prepare, it turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.
- 1 kg. minced lamb,
- 1 kg. spinach,
- 2 onions,
- 3 raw eggs
- 2 hard boiled eggs,
- 4 tbsp. l. olive oil,
- 2 tbsp. l wheat flour,
- 3 tbsp. l. kefir,
- salt, black freshly ground black pepper, parsley to taste.
Fry the minced meat in a deep saucepan in olive oil. Peel the onion, finely chop and add to the minced lamb, salt and pepper.
Wash the spinach and simmer until soft in a little water, then discard in a colander to drain the water.
Peel hard-boiled eggs and chop finely, mix spinach with eggs, salt, pepper and add 1 tbsp. l. oils, parsley and salt.
Grease a baking dish with oil, put first part of the minced meat, then the spinach, and the rest of the meat on top. Pour in half a glass of water and bake over moderate heat. A few minutes before being ready, grease the surface of the casserole with eggs whipped with kefir and flour. Remove as soon as a golden brown crust forms.
