Beans bada is translated from Arabic as lamb and white bean stew. The dish turns out to be amazing, tasty, satisfying. Can be eaten with a side dish or with a vegetable salad.

- - 3 cloves of garlic

- - 200 g tomatoes

- - 2 bay leaves
Instructions
Step 1
First, take a glass of beans, rinse well, then soak in plenty of water and leave overnight. In the morning, drain the water and boil the beans until tender, about 15-30 minutes.
Step 2
Then finely chop the onion, add celery, garlic cloves, remove the peel from the tomatoes.
Step 3
Take lamb and rinse well, cut off the films and excess fat, cut into medium pieces.
Step 4
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil, fry over high heat until golden brown, salt to taste, add a glass of water and simmer under the lid until the meat is tender, then remove the lid and simmer until very little water remains.
Step 5
Add garlic, onion, celery, black pepper, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, cardamom, paprika to taste. Fry the meat with vegetables and spices for 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Then add the tomatoes and tomato paste, simmer for another 3 minutes and add the boiled beans, mix everything, put the bay leaf, add water to make it thick. Bring to a boil, about 5-7 minutes, so the beans are saturated with the flavor and juices of the meat and vegetables. Decorate the finished dish with herbs. Serve with rice.
