The salad is prepared in five minutes, so even the laziest housewife can pamper her household with it. The hardest thing to do to make this salad is to peel, rinse and chop the garlic and cilantro.
It is necessary
- - a can of canned red beans;
- - a can of white canned beans;
- - a can of peeled and chopped tomatoes in their own juice;
- - a bunch of cilantro;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- - salt, sugar to taste.

Step 1
Open the cans and place the red and white beans on a sieve or colander to drain all the brine.

Rinse cilantro, dry, chop very finely. Peel and chop the garlic using a press ("garlic press").
Step 3
In a large salad bowl, combine red and white beans, canned tomatoes with juice, cilantro, garlic, salt and sugar. Finally add olive oil and stir well again. Refrigerate and serve.
