Salads are served to the festive table both as appetizers and as side dishes; they can be prepared for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Any food products known in the world and their most unexpected combinations can be used in salads. However, these combinations cannot be arbitrary at all - the products must be well compatible in taste. Salads help to whet the appetite, so they are most often served before the main courses of lunch, dinner, breakfast.

- 500 g of boiled and frozen shrimps
- 2 potatoes
- 3 boiled eggs
- 100 g dill and parsley
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 25 g canned white beans.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them. Rub it on a coarse grater. Add chopped herbs, some mayonnaise and mix well.
Step 2
Dip the shrimps in salted boiling water, cook for 5-7 minutes and discard in a colander. Peel the shrimp.
Step 3
Peel the eggs, separate the yolk and mash with a fork. Cut the protein with a knife.
Step 4
Put half of the potatoes on a dish, flatten and put some of the shrimp on top. Pour mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with protein, salt a little.
Step 5
Arrange leftover potatoes, shrimp, and a layer of white beans. Now add the protein and herbs.
Step 6
Place the prepared salad in the refrigerator for one hour. After that, the salad can be served.
