During a diet, you often have to come up with dishes that can energize, but at the same time will not cause extra pounds. One of these dietary dishes is white bean salad with shrimps.
It is necessary
- - a jar of white beans in its own juice;
- - 50 gr. canned corn;
- - 125 gr. boiled shrimp;
- - a tomato;
- - half of a young onion;
- - 3 crab sticks;
- - olive oil;
- - 50 gr. lettuce leaves;
- - salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking takes just a few minutes. First, drain the juice from the beans. It is best to put it in a colander for a few minutes.
Step 2
Cut the tomato into small neat pieces, and the onion into thin strips. Put the vegetables in a bowl along with the beans.
Step 3
Cut the crab sticks into cubes or strips, add to the tomato, beans and onions.
Step 4
We send shrimps and corn into a bowl, season with olive oil, salt and pepper, mix gently.
Step 5
Serve the salad on a plate beautifully decorated with herbs.
