    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 20 g yeast;
    • 0.5 tsp salt;

    • 1 egg;
    • 4 cups flour and a little for dusting;
    • 1 bunch of spinach
    • 1 tomato;
    • 300 g champignons;
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
    • 200 g mozzarella cheese;
    • spices and herbs to taste;
    • warm water.

Step 1

Buy ready-made puff yeast pizza dough or make your own. To do this, pour a glass of warm milk into a large container (the optimum temperature is 30 ° C) and dilute 20 g of baker's yeast in it. Add 0.5 teaspoon table salt, a tablespoon granulated sugar and a raw chicken egg.

Step 2

Add 4 cups of sifted wheat flour in small portions, stirring constantly. Knead a not very steep dough, add a little warm water if necessary. Add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the resulting mass, mix everything and put in a warm place in a sealed container for 2 hours. After this time, the dough should rise.

Step 3

Pound it a little, and after another 40 minutes, repeat the procedure and put the dough on a chopping board sprinkled with flour. Roll out into a round shape and place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Form low sides around the perimeter of the future pizza.

Prepare the filling. Finely chop a bunch of fresh spinach, 1 tomato, chop 2-3 cloves of peeled garlic in a garlic bowl. Cut fresh mushrooms (300 g) into thin slices. On a coarse grater, grate 200 g of young mozzarella cheese from buffalo or cow's milk (it is sold in stores in the form of soft white balls, packaged in packages with brine).

Heat 3 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil in a skillet (the fat should sizzle), put spinach in it and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add garlic, salt to taste and cook for a couple more minutes.

Sprinkle the dough with vegetable oil and lay out the filling in layers: spinach; mushrooms; cheese. Sprinkle a mixture of suitable pizza seasonings on top of your choice. Yeast dough and mushroom and vegetable filling will be harmoniously combined, in particular with basil, fennel, marjoram, karmadon, oregano (oregano) and some other spices.
