The salad with bacon, arugula and asparagus turns out to be very tender, crispy and delicious. The spices used in the preparation of the salad make it extraordinarily aromatic and tasty.

- -5 fresh tomatoes
- -300 g arugula
- -400 g asparagus
- -350 g bacon
- -1 lemon
- -4 tbsp. l. olive oil
- -1 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar
- -1 tsp balsamic sauce
- - pepper, salt and basil to taste

Step 1
Rinse asparagus, arugula and tomatoes under clean water, place on a paper towel and pat dry. Peel the thick ends of the asparagus. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire. Peel the lemon, cut into wedges, dip in ode, add vinegar. Bring this mixture to a boil. Dip the asparagus into the water, tops up, so that they are not in the water. Boil the asparagus for 5 minutes, remove and place under cold water, and then in the freezer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into thin slices, wrap the asparagus with the bacon slices. Then cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Step 3
Put the tomatoes on a plate, season with salt and pepper, add other spices. Top with asparagus and arugula, sprinkle with olive oil, balsamic sauce, sprinkle with dried basil. Stir the salad. Serve the prepared salad with asparagus, arugula and bacon!
