- For 1 serving:
- -1 large egg
- -1 and 2/3 cups asparagus
- -2 slices cooked bacon
- -1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- -1 teaspoon olive oil
- -1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- -a pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1
Hard boil the egg, peel and cut into wedges. Rinse the asparagus under running water and cut across into small pieces.
Step 2
Put water in a saucepan and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil and place asparagus inside, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Cool the asparagus under cold water and set aside.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine the mustard, oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place the asparagus beautifully on a serving plate and add the ingredients from step 4. Decorate with an egg wedge and bacon.
