Here and simple scrambled eggs can be served beautifully. We will need 3-4 eggs, 2 sausages, a carrot (medium size), a small tomato, a little grated cheese, a small head of onion, oil for greasing, spices, if any, herbs, and a good favorite frying pan with a removable handle (if you put it in the oven).
Finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on the smallest grater (it turns out more aromatic with carrots, and it gives color). We put it all in a preheated pan and fry. We cut the sausages, you can dice, circles, halves, whoever wants. We put them in a frying pan and wait a little. Add eggs there, you can pre-mix them or leave with the yolks, add salt and any other seasoning.
Thinly cut the tomato into circles, put it on the eggs, sprinkle with cheese and close the lid. We fry all this beauty over low heat. Ideally, of course, it is better to put the frying pan in the oven for a short time after that, so that the cheese turns brown, but you can do that. If you have greens, you can decorate the plate before serving. So our scrambled eggs "yum-yum" are ready.
