It is necessary

  • For steamed scrambled eggs with sausages:
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 2 sausages;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. butter;
  • - spices to taste;

  • For the bell pepper omelet:
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1 glass of milk;
  • - ½ bell pepper;
  • - a feather of green onions;
  • - salt.
  • For the ham and cheese omelet:
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 50 g ham;
  • - 50 g of cheese;
  • - ½ glass of milk;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. flour;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. finely chopped greens;
  • - spices to taste;
  • - 1/3 tsp salt.
  • For pink salmon in omelette:
  • - 1 kg of pink salmon fillet;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

Steam scrambled eggs with sausages

Lubricate the pan with butter. Then break the eggs into it. Salt. Place the mold in a steamer or in a container with pre-filled water (it should reach about 2/3 of the mold). Remove the cellophane wrap from the sausages, make longitudinal cuts and place the sausages in the steamer. If you are cooking only in a steamer (no additional container), pour 2 cups of water into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid of the multicooker. Set the "Steam cooking" program on the panel and the timer time - 10-15 minutes. Then press the "Start" button.

Bell pepper omelet

Break the eggs into a bowl, cover with milk and salt. Whisk everything with a fork, whisk or mixer. Wash the bell pepper, cut in half, remove the stalk with seeds. Place half of the pepper on a cutting board, cut down and cut into thin strips. Chop the washed green onion. Pour the eggs beaten with milk into a removable multicooker bowl, add prepared bell peppers and green onions. Mix everything well. Then set the Baking program on the panel and set the time to 40 minutes.

Omelet with ham and cheese

Dice the ham. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the ham. Set the baking mode on the control panel, set the timer for 10 minutes and press the "Start" button. Beat eggs into a bowl, add wheat flour and pour in milk, salt, pepper and add any spices to taste (paprika, hops-suneli, Provencal herbs). Whisk all ingredients thoroughly until smooth. After 10 minutes, pour the eggs, beaten with flour and milk into the bowl with the fried ham. Close the lid tightly. Set the timer to 25 minutes and cook the omelet in baking mode. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Before serving, sprinkle the finished omelet with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill, basil).

Pink salmon in an omelet

Rinse the pink salmon fillet, pat dry with a paper towel or napkin and cut into small pieces. Then place the prepared fish on the bottom of the removable multicooker bowl. Whisk the eggs, then add the soy sauce and mix well. After that, fill the pieces of pink salmon with the egg mixture. Close the lid of the multicooker. Set the Baking program on the control panel and set the timer to 30 minutes. Click the "Start" button.
