Step 1
Preparation of the dressing. Rinse the greens with water. Remove the coarse stems and chop finely. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and ground pepper. Add 1 teaspoon of chopped herbs. Mix well. Refrigerate the sauce for 30 minutes.
Step 2
