Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry. Cut into small pieces that are eight to nine centimeters long and five to six centimeters wide, about one centimeter thick. Combine the mayonnaise with spices, salt and pepper in a cup. Spread the mayonnaise and spice mixture on all sides of the chicken fillet. Leave the fillets to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes, while it will take you to prepare the other ingredients of this dish.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, peel the onions, cut them into rings. Tomatoes and onions should be medium in size to make the rings small. Grate or grind the cheese in a food processor.
Step 3
Prepare a dish greased with vegetable oil, put the chicken fillet pieces into it. Place onion slices on top of each fillet, with tomato rings in the second layer. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on a layer of tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
