- Chicken fillet - 1 kg;
- Hard cheese - 150 grams;
- Medium-sized tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
- Onions - 2 pcs. (if you wish, you can take more);
- Spices to improve taste ("Maggi", "Provencal herbs" …);
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
It is necessary to rinse the chicken fillet well under running water. Dry it thoroughly with a paper towel or napkins, beat off a little. Place in a dry baking dish, sprinkle with pepper, salt and spices. Or, if desired, mix the contents of the form well and let stand for 10 minutes - to improve the taste.
Step 2
Peel the onions, rinse under running water, cut into half rings. Place in a mold on top of the meat.
Step 3
Cut ripe tomatoes into thin slices. Place them on top of the onions.
Step 4
Put the chicken fillet dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 30-35 minutes. Remove as soon as the meat is done.
Step 5
Grate the cheese (fine or coarse - whichever you prefer). Sprinkle them over the chicken. Send the meat back to the oven. Bake for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve chicken cooked with tomatoes and cheese in the oven with boiled potatoes and any salad you like. But you can also create your own side dish!
