It is necessary

  • - Pork (it is best to take carbonate) - 0.5 kg;
  • - Small onions - 2 pcs.;
  • - Tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • - Provencal mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • - Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - Hard cheese - 200 g;
  • - Ground black pepper;
  • - Salt;
  • - Parchment paper;
  • - Baking dish.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the carbonate under running water, dry and cut into portions about the size of your palm and about 1 cm thick. A total of 6-8 pieces should be obtained. Place each on a cutting board and beat lightly with a hammer on both sides. Rub all the pieces with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Divide the tomatoes into rings as well. Remove the husk from the garlic and chop it with a knife or crush it with a press. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange any pork chops so they do not touch each other. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and minced garlic.

Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 200 degrees. Grease each piece of meat with mayonnaise-garlic sauce. Put 2-3 onion rings on top, and put 2 tomato rings on them. Sprinkle grated cheese over each bite. When the oven is preheated, place the dough pan into it and bake until tender, 25 minutes.
