  • - butter - 40 g;
  • - pepper and salt;
  • - 5 sage leaves.

Instructions

Step 1

We put the water to boil, at this time we prepare the sauce. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Heat 30 g of butter in a frying pan. Put the pumpkin in a frying pan, pour in 2-3 tablespoons of water. Simmer covered until soft over medium heat. We increase the heat to the maximum, pour in the Amaretto liqueur, leave it on the stove for 1 minute so that the alcohol evaporates.
