Ingredients:
500 g potatoes;
3 chicken eggs;

60 g green onions;
salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook
Wash, peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
Hard boil the eggs (7-8 minutes).
Cut the potatoes and eggs into small cubes. Send them to a deep dish.
It's time to make the salad dressing. Chop celery and green onions. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, white wine vinegar and olive oil to the herbs. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the cooked dressing over the finely chopped eggs and potatoes. Combine all ingredients with a tablespoon. If desired, you can add salt, pepper and other seasonings to the salad.
Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours (that's at least).
