Protein meals are chosen by people who are interested in building muscle mass. Most people prefer cold dishes - salads - as their preparation does not take much time. The most nutritious and easily digestible salads are boiled chicken and red beans.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet 300 g;
- - Bulgarian pepper 100 g;
- - beans 100 g;
- - champignons or porcini mushrooms 150 g;
- - lettuce leaves 200 g;
- - parsley greens 100 g;
- - ground pepper and salt to taste;
- - 1 medium lime;
- - sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to boil the chicken fillet. To do this, bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, add salt and throw chicken fillet into it, when the water with chicken meat boils again, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes. Then remove the bone (if any), peel off skin, films and veins and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Rinse the beans, immediately cover with water, salt and cook for the required amount of time over low heat under a lid. When the beans are cooked, they should be rinsed with boiled water and allowed to drain.
Step 3
Cut champignons or fresh porcini mushrooms into slices and fry a little in olive oil. It is also possible to add not fried mushrooms to the salad. If you have only dried porcini mushrooms available, then they need to be soaked in boiled water for 10-12 hours, then boiled or fried. By weight, dried porcini mushrooms will be required 2-3 times less than fresh ones.
Step 4
Wash lettuce leaves, shake off the water, and then tear into smaller feathers. Process the parsley as well and chop finely. If desired, parsley can be replaced with any other spicy herb that suits your taste.
Step 5
Wash the bell pepper, cut lengthwise, peel and cut into strips.
Step 6
All prepared ingredients, except bell pepper, mix in a salad bowl, squeeze out the juice of half a lime, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly, and then put on a plate in which the salad will be served, garnish with sour cream, bell pepper and a slice of lime.
