Step 1
Take a saucepan and put the dark chocolate in it, which must first be broken into small pieces. Add 100 milliliters of cream to it. Place the cookware over medium heat and melt the contents until smooth. Remember to stir the chocolate and cream mixture constantly. After it has melted, give it time to cool down.
Step 2
The eggs need to be broken and the yolk separated from the protein. Take another saucepan, put it on the fire and beat the egg yolks and sugar in it. Beat the mixture until thick. You should also beat the rest of the cream, then add it to the mixture of sugar and yolks. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Place the resulting creams in special pastry bags and fill tall glasses with them. The dish can be garnished with both fresh and canned berries. Dessert "Two Creams" is ready!
