  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • - berries (raspberries, strawberries) - 200 g;
  • - oranges - 2 pcs.;
  • - banana - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Powder the sugar with a coffee grinder.

Step 2

Beat the softened butter with a mixer until a fluffy mass is formed. Add powdered sugar (100 grams) and vanilla sugar. Stir. Then, while continuing to beat the mixture with a mixer, add cottage cheese and sour cream in small portions. Beat the mixture until smooth.

Step 3

Cooking the sauce. Rinse the berries with water, dry, remove the stalks. Save a few berries for garnish. Pour the rest of the berries with the remaining powdered sugar and leave for 10-15 minutes.
