Curd dessert with berry sauce will delight sweet lovers. The dessert is tasty and healthy. It is prepared quickly and easily, and looks great on the table. The specified amount of food is enough for 5 servings.

- - sour cream 15% - 50 g;
- - sugar - 150 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp;
- - berries (raspberries, strawberries) - 200 g;
- - oranges - 2 pcs.;
- - banana - 1 pc.

Step 1
Powder the sugar with a coffee grinder.

Beat the softened butter with a mixer until a fluffy mass is formed. Add powdered sugar (100 grams) and vanilla sugar. Stir. Then, while continuing to beat the mixture with a mixer, add cottage cheese and sour cream in small portions. Beat the mixture until smooth.
Step 3
Cooking the sauce. Rinse the berries with water, dry, remove the stalks. Save a few berries for garnish. Pour the rest of the berries with the remaining powdered sugar and leave for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze the juice out of the orange pulp (you need about 50 milliliters of orange juice). Grind the berries with a blender until puree, add banana and orange juice. Whisk the mixture for another 2-3 minutes, until a homogeneous mass is formed. The sauce is ready.
Step 4
Put a few tablespoons of berry sauce on the bottom of the bowls, put the curd mass on top. Pour the remaining sauce over the dessert, garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes and serve. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
