According to some sources, tiramisu was created in the 17th century. It happened in the small Italian town of Siena. The sonic name of the cake means "cheer me up", and this is not in vain. Coffee and sugar, which are combined in tiramisu, raise the level of adrenaline in the blood.
It is necessary
- - fatty cream - 375 g;
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - mascarpone cheese - 350 g;
- - espresso coffee - 125 ml;
- - cognac or coffee liqueur - 70 or 100 ml;
- - Savoyardi biscuit - 14 pcs.;
- - cocoa - 3 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the necessary tools before cooking tiramisu. You will need a mixer, deep bowls, a baking dish, a few tablespoons. Please note that you do not have to bake tiramisu.
Step 2
To prepare the cream, mash the mascarpone cheese, and mix it thoroughly with butter. Divide the resulting mass into three parts.
Step 3
For coffee syrup, make up a mixture of espresso coffee, sugar and cognac. Mix well.
Step 4
Dip the biscuit sticks into the finished syrup, alternately, and quickly. Fold them tightly into a mold, coat the bottom of which with damp cream. On top of the Savoyardi, apply a layer of the second part of the cream.
Step 5
Repeat the procedure, put the cookies again in the same way. Cover the last layer of Savoyard with the third part of the cream. Sprinkle the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
Step 6
Cover the finished dessert with cling film. Leave to infuse, soak in a cool place. After 4-5 hours, serve classic tiramisu with tea or coffee. Renew the dessert first, re-coat with cocoa powder. Alternatively, cover with almond flakes, this option is acceptable.
