Instructions
Step 1
For a romantic dinner, try pasta with a spicy wine sauce. Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet and add the onions. Fry, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes and add the garlic to the pan. Continue to fry until the onions are translucent and soft.
Step 2
While the onions are fried, boil the pasta. Flat and long tagliattels work best with wine sauce. Put the pasta in salted boiling water, add a spoonful of olive oil and cook according to the instructions on the package. Discard the pasta in a colander.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into even cubes and fry it in another skillet until golden brown. Place the chicken cubes on a plate and heat. Put mushrooms cut into thin plastics in a frying pan with onions and fry, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates from the frying pan. Pour dry white wine into the onion-mushroom mixture. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 4
Chop basil and parsley greens, grate Parmesan. Put the fried chicken and basil in a skillet with wine sauce, cover it with a lid. Cook everything together for another 7-10 minutes. Transfer the pasta to the pan, mix well. Divide the finished dish into plates, sprinkle each serving thickly with Parmesan and serve, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
Step 5
For a hearty family dinner, pasta in tomato sauce is ideal. Cook the spaghetti, discard them in a colander. Scald the tomatoes, peel them, remove the grains and cut into cubes. Place the tomatoes in a skillet with heated olive oil and saute until puree. Add salt, ground black pepper and mix well.
Step 6
Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken quickly, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula. Chop the garlic and fresh basil finely and place them in the pan one minute before the sauce is ready. Stir the sauce again.
Step 7
Place a mound of spaghetti on a serving plate, sprinkle with chicken strips and generously cover with tomato sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan, which everyone adds to the plate to taste.
