A pizza cooked in a pan is somewhat reminiscent of a casserole, but undoubtedly has its own unique taste. The filling for such a pizza can be made from any product.

It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 600 g of potatoes;
  • - 1 tbsp. sour cream (fat content 15-20%);
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2 tbsp. dill
  • - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil (for frying);
  • - salt and spices to taste.
  • For filling:
  • - 2-3 tbsp. l. ketchup (or tomato paste);
  • - 150-200 g of meat (sausages, ham, etc.);
  • - 300 g of cheese;
  • - 1 tomato.

Instructions

Step 1

Grate potatoes and remove.

Step 2

Beat the egg, add sour cream and finely chopped dill. Add your favorite spices to the mixture.

Step 3

Combine the egg with grated potatoes and stir thoroughly.

Step 4

Fry the potatoes in oil.

Step 5

Cook it for 15 minutes, pressing it slightly against the pan with a spatula.

Step 6

After 15 minutes, gently turn the potatoes over. Place the potatoes on baking paper and brush them over with ketchup.

Step 7

Place the grated cheese on top of the ketchup, and the meat filling in a layer above. It can be a different sausage, ham or boiled meat. Any canned or fresh fish will also work.

Step 8

Put the grated cheese on top again in a good layer and tomato slices.

Step 9

Fry for 25-30 minutes over low heat in a skillet with the lid on. You can determine the readiness of the dish by the excess liquid, if it is not there, the pizza is ready. If you still have some water, open the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Use a spatula to gently remove the pizza from the pan.
