The grill gas frying pan is a great helper for any housewife. Fish cooked in foil in this frying pan not only retains all the nutrients, but also has a wonderful delicate taste. And, like everything in this pan, it is very easy to cook.

Fish in foil is a very tasty and healthy dish. It is also suitable for serving on a festive table and for a family dinner.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Fish fillet (you can take any sea fish, both white and red, both dry and oily are suitable) - 500-600 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc. large or 2 small
  • Onions - 2 medium onions
  • Tomato - 2 pcs. medium or 1 bell pepper
  • Sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt, spices
  • Mayonnaise - optional

Preparation

Cut the fish fillet into pieces, salt, add spices and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Mayonnaise can be added if desired. In this case, the dish will become more nutritious and less useful.

We clean the carrots, three on a coarse grater. Cut the onion, tomato (pepper) into small pieces. Optionally, you can fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil, but always separately.

Put onions on a sheet of foil, put fish on top, then carrots with tomatoes or peppers. Pour sour cream on top. We wrap everything in foil. Place the foil-wrapped pieces in the gas grill pan and cover with a lid. Cooking time 30 minutes over medium heat.

We remove the fish, open the foil. Serve with rice, bulgur, potatoes.
