Potatoes can be fried with meat, mushrooms, poultry, vegetables. Additional ingredients give the dish a new flavor and aroma every time. Corn is no exception. Fried potatoes with corn - simple, tasty and satisfying.
It is necessary
- -1.2 kg potatoes
- -2 medium onions
- -350-400 gr canned corn
- -50 ml sunflower oil
- -salt
- dried herbs (oregano, basil, parsley)
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion into thin half rings or small cubes and the potatoes into small slices about 2 mm thick. This dish does not include thick bars.
Step 2
Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Place the chopped potatoes and onions in it. If desired, onions can be pre-fried. At the same time, make sure that it does not burn. This will spoil the mild taste of the fried potatoes.
Step 3
Stir the onion and potatoes, season with salt and sprinkle with dried herbs on top. Stir all the ingredients again. Roast everything covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Drain the juice from the corn jar. Pour the corn into the fried potatoes and stir. Bring the dish until cooked, covered and over low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot. It is better to eat it without bread, otherwise there will be a large load on the gastrointestinal tract.
