The taste of products from childhood is never forgotten, which is why it is such a great pleasure to cook familiar dishes according to old recipes. One of these delicacies is the usual manna on kefir, which is eaten with pleasure by both children and adults.

It is necessary
-
- 300 g semolina
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 300 ml of kefir
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to turn on the oven and heat it to 180 ° C.
Step 2
In order for the manna to come out soft and airy, the soda must be extinguished with some acid. Since kefir itself is a sour drink, just stir the baking soda in it.
Step 3
In a separate container, beat the eggs with sugar until the grains dissolve, pour them into a bowl of kefir. Add melted butter there, mix well. Combine semolina with flour and mix the liquid and loose components of the future manna.
Step 4
Pour the dough into a mold, send it to the oven for 35-40 minutes. Cool the finished manna, remove from the mold, decorate with sour cream or chocolate icing. If you spread fresh berries over the frosting or cream, it will give the manna a summer touch.
