Many people love chicken, but not everyone knows for sure how many dishes can be prepared from it. Now I will tell you another simple recipe, namely how to add chicken fillet in almonds.
It is necessary
- - 500 g chicken fillet;
- - 3 tablespoons of dry white wine;
- - 2 tablespoons of corn or potato starch;
- - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce;
- - half a teaspoon of sugar;
- - 75 g of almonds;
- - 1 egg;
- - vegetable oil for deep fat.

Step 1
The first thing, of course, where we start is with the chicken. Cut such strips from chicken fillet so that their size is approximately 7 by 2.5 centimeters.

Next, we prepare the marinade. To do this, you need to mix the following ingredients: dry white wine, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of starch. Add half a teaspoon of sugar there.
Step 3
Now we take our chicken and dip it well in the resulting marinade. Then we cover the marinated chicken with culinary film and put the whole thing in the refrigerator for an hour. That is, it will be pickled.
Step 4
Now it's up to the almonds themselves. It needs to be crushed. You can do this both in a blender and in a coffee grinder. Then put the remaining 2 spoonful of starch to it and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Beat the egg in a separate bowl. Well, and now we dip our future chicken fillet in almonds, first in a beaten egg, then in chopped almonds.
Step 6
It remains only to deep-fry the fillet for about 3 minutes, that is, until a golden crust appears. When cooked, blot the chicken fillet in the almonds in a paper towel to remove any excess.
