Rice, chicken, vegetables - all of this can be used to prepare a delicious and extremely nutritious dish called chicken fillet with vegetables and rice.
  It is necessary
- - chicken fillet 600 g
 - - sweet red pepper 1 pc.
 - - champignons 250 g
 - - cream 20% 200 ml
 - - leek
 - - butter 2 tbsp.
 - - long grain rice 500 g
 - - ground black pepper
 - - black peppercorns
 - - salt
 
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the leek in half and cut it into rings. We also cut sweet peppers.
  Step 2
Separate the legs from the mushrooms and discard them. Rinse and cut the remaining caps thoroughly.
Step 3
We turn the chicken fillet into small pieces. Sprinkle them with pepper or salt for taste.
  Step 4
We put our mushrooms, meat and onions in a preheated frying pan with heated butter. It is advisable to add pepper and salt, but not necessary.
  Step 5
Once the mushrooms and onions are tender (press down on them with a spoon to check), it's time to pour the cream over everything and add the peppercorns.
