Meat with potatoes in the sleeve is a dish for those who do not like to mess around in the kitchen for a long time, but who like to treat themselves and their loved ones with a delicious and hearty dinner. Meat with potatoes and vegetables, when baked, gives juice that can be used as an additional sauce, without much cost and effort.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of meat (both beef and pork are suitable);
- - 8 medium potatoes;
- - 500 g of champignons;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 1 medium bell pepper;
- - 1 medium tomato;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- - herbs to taste (rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley, dill);
- - salt to taste;
- - sleeve for baking.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat, pat dry with paper towels and cut into medium-sized pieces (about 3 cm by 3 cm).
Step 2
Wash the champignons, divide into 2 parts. Cut the onion into rings or chop finely, as you like. Chop the garlic, tomato, bell pepper and herbs.
Step 3
Put the meat in a deep bowl, mix with vegetables, herbs and mushrooms. Pour with soy sauce, salt if necessary. Leave to marinate for half an hour, previously covered with a lid. While the meat is marinating, peel the potatoes, cut into medium cubes and salt, if necessary.
Step 4
When the meat is marinated, add the potatoes to it. Stir well and fold everything into a baking sleeve. Secure the ends of the sleeve on both sides and pierce it with a toothpick in several places to release the steam.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dish for 1-1.5 hours.
