Cottage cheese casserole is very useful for dietary and baby food, it is rich in proteins and calcium, which is so necessary for a growing body. It is not for nothing that it is included in the menu for kindergartens and for school meals. But in order for the casserole to really succeed, it is important to follow all the cooking rules. And this is, first of all, the quality of cottage cheese - the main component.

Take only medium fat cottage cheese and not dry. The number of eggs is also very important. After all, if you put a lot of them, the casserole will be tough and "rubbery", and if you put a little, you will get a sticky mass. And be sure to follow the sequence of all actions indicated in the recipe.

A simple curd casserole recipe

You will need:

- 1 kg of cottage cheese;

- 2 tbsp. starch;

- 2 eggs;

- 4 tablespoons Sahara;

- 2 tbsp. flour;

- vanilla sugar to taste;

- salt to taste.

Place the curd in a bowl and break the eggs into it. Add flour, starch and mix well. Next, add vanilla and simple sugar, salt to taste and mix again, and then beat with a mixer.

Grease a deep dish with oil and pour the curd mass into it. Place in a hot oven and bake at 180 ° C for 20-30 minutes. Remove the prepared cottage cheese casserole from the mold. Let it cool and slice before serving. Pour condensed milk or sour cream over each and place on the table.

You can pour melted chocolate or chocolate sauce, jam, honey on the casserole.

Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots

You will need:

- 500 g of cottage cheese;

- 3 eggs;

- 2 tbsp. semolina;

- 3 tbsp. Sahara;

- 50 g of dried apricots;

- butter for greasing the mold;

- 5 tbsp. sour cream;

- vanillin to taste;

- salt to taste.

Wash dried apricots and pour boiling water over it. Leave to swell for 20 minutes, while you do the dough yourself. Pour semolina into a bowl and add 3 tbsp. sour cream, stir and leave the semolina to swell. This will take about 30-40 minutes.

You can replace dried apricots in a casserole with the same amount of pitted black or white raisins.

Rub the curd through a sieve or chop with a blender. The main thing is that there are no lumps. Combine semolina in sour cream with cottage cheese, add sugar, eggs, vanillin and salt. Mix everything until smooth. Now add dried apricots. To do this, drain the water, dry the dried apricots with napkins and cut into pieces. Then stir in the casserole dough.

Grease a baking dish with butter and lay out the dough. If you are afraid that it will stick to the surface of the mold, sprinkle it with flour or semolina as well. Smooth the surface and bake the curd casserole at 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes.

Cool the finished dish and serve, pre-watered with sour cream.
