- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 cloves of garlic

- Peel potatoes. Cut each fruit into 4 pieces. Put in a saucepan. Salt, boil.
- Once the potatoes are boiled, you need to drain the water.
- Add butter and milk to the pan. Make mashed potatoes.
- Peel the onion. To cut in cubes.
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Pour sunflower oil into the pan, send the minced meat there. Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomato paste, carrots, onions, crushed garlic to a frying pan with minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
