If you want to save even more time on preparing the ingredients, choose a recipe in which you do not need to mold the products. Such stuffed cabbage rolls are made even faster. Usually, products are first prepared in a certain way, mixed, and then lazy cabbage rolls are molded. A recipe that simplifies the last stage will help to shorten the time. To make such a dish, take:

- 500 g of white cabbage;

- 100 g of rice;

- 1 carrot;

- 300 g minced meat;

- 200 g of tomatoes in their own juice;

- 1 head of onion;

- 2 tbsp. sour cream;

- 1 egg;

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- greens;

- ground black pepper, salt.

Chop the cabbage into small strips, add coarsely grated carrots, finely chopped onions. Fry all vegetables together in vegetable oil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour 100 g of water into a small saucepan, when it boils, add the washed rice. Stir, reduce heat to low. Cook the cereals with the lid closed for 11 minutes.

Put rice and vegetables in a bowl, add pepper, salt, cool until warm, beat in an egg, stir.

Allow hot ingredients to cool before adding the egg to them. Otherwise, part of the egg may turn into scrambled eggs.

Add minced meat, stir again. Further, you can act in two ways. If you are short on time, place the prepared ingredients in an oiled pan in an even layer. When this large cabbage roll is baked, you will cut it into several portions before serving. You can mold cabbage rolls at once, roll each in flour, put them on a baking sheet.

Grind tomatoes together with juice in a blender, add sour cream, finely chopped greens, mix. Pour the contents of the dish or baking sheet. Cover the dish with foil, place in the oven, which is heated to 200 ° C, bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and keep on fire for another 10 minutes. Then you can take out the cabbage rolls and serve them.

You can cook this dish not only in the oven, but also on the stove. For him you will need:

- 400 g minced meat;

- 150 g of rice;

- 500 g of white cabbage;

- 2 heads of onions;

- 1 egg;

- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil;

- 1 bunch of parsley;

- 1 carrot;

- boning flour;

- 100 g sour cream;

- 2 tbsp. ketchup;

- salt.

Put the rice in 100 g of boiling water, cook over low heat with the lid closed for 9 minutes. Chop one onion medium-sized, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, fry these vegetables in 1 tablespoon. vegetable oil in a pan.

Put the minced meat in a small bowl, add 1 onion to it, mix well.

To chop an onion, you can mince it, grate it on a fine grater, or use a blender.

Transfer the minced meat, rice, vegetable fry, and finely chopped cabbage to a large bowl. Add egg, pepper and salt. Stir well, add chopped parsley, stir again.

Form oval cabbage rolls, roll them in flour, fry in vegetable oil in a pan on both sides until golden brown. While this process is going on, prepare the fill. To do this, mix the ketchup with sour cream, add a little salt.

Pour the sauce into the pan in which the cabbage rolls have just been fried, pour over them. Simmer with the lid closed over low heat for 25 minutes. Serve with finely chopped herbs.
